Banana Pi Cookbook

Dear Readers,

Today I’m proud to announce the release of my very first publication: The Banana Pi Cookbook

After months of hard work, the book is finished and I’m over the moon that the cookbook has been released. The book is published at PACKT Publishing. The ISBN is: 978-1783552443

The Banana Pi Cookbook is a practical guide with more than 25 recipes for the Banana Pi and Banana Pro. It starts with setting up the Banana Pi and moves on to exploring the standard and more advanced possibilities of the device. You will look into different aspects of how to use an ARM-based computer, that is the Banana Pi. You will learn to build up a decent Linux-based operating system that is capable of solving everyday issues including common server tasks (Samba, Web, DLNA) and multimedia challenges. Also, you will see how we can use the GPIO opportunities by building simple but straightforward circuits (controlling LEDs and connecting buttons). At the end of each chapter, you will be able to install, configure, use, and understand the applications that the respective chapter covered.

Thank you!

Kind regards,
Ryad

  1. Hi Ryad
    Good book.
I am trying to find out if the Banana PI support SDIO, and not only SD.
I have a special wireless chip that has only SDIO interface, any advice on who should I contact.
    Thanks
